親子中秋同樂日

 

  • 活動目標:

認識傳統節日中秋節的習俗及慶祝活動、體驗中秋節的氣氛、享受親子活動的樂趣

 

  • 活動簡介:

中國文化日—生日會

 

  • 活動目標:

認識中國的神話故事、認識中國人慶祝生日的傳統習俗、享受生日會的樂趣

 

  • 活動簡介:

是次生日會以中國文化為主題,當天老師透過「壽星公」的故事,讓幼兒認識中國神話傳說中的一此人物故事,再透過環境佈置,展示有關慶祝生日的食物和象徵長壽的物品,如壽桃、壽桃包、長壽麵、紅雞蛋等。同時幼兒亦會按不同級別進行不同的程度的水墨畫、麵粉工等的美藝活動,最後每位幼兒都拿著自己製造的紅雞蛋歡歡喜喜地回家去。

年宵活動

 

  • 活動目標:

認識中國傳統節日「新年」的習俗及賀年食品、感受節日活動的熱鬧氣氛)

 

  • 活動簡介:

在主題「新年」單元,老師透過繪本讓幼兒知道農曆新年的不同習俗,並於幼兒一同製作年花、揮春、風車等物品,留作舉辦年宵市場時之用。當天幼兒穿上中國傳統服飾或以紅色為主的衣服參與活動,感受新年的喜慶熱鬧氣氛。同時透過活動認識不同的賀年食品、吉祥物及其寓意,還有舞獅的習俗。

有趣的皮影戲

 

  • 活動目標:

知道皮影戲是我國傳統民間藝術的一種,簡單瞭解皮影的特徵及製作過程。創作皮影偶,發揮創意/聯想、合力演出和欣賞皮影戲

 

  • 活動簡介:

活動由主題光和影延伸出來,校方聘請坊間機構到校為幼兒表演皮影戲,同時簡單介紹皮影戲的起源及製造方法,幼兒十分投入及感興趣。活動完結後,低班幼兒更繼續延伸活動,製造皮影戲公仔及其他工具,最後合力演出他們創作的皮影戲。

Mid-Autumn Fun Day

 

  • Activity Goals:

To learn about the customs and celebrations of the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival, experience the atmosphere of the festival, and enjoy the fun of parent-child activities.

 

  • Activity Overview:

On this day, we invite parents to join in the activities, which include creating lanterns, solving lantern riddles, and enjoying the moon while carrying lanterns. Chinese Culture Day – Birthday Party

 

 

  • Activity Goals:

To learn about Chinese mythology, understand the traditional customs of celebrating birthdays in Chinese culture, and enjoy the fun of a birthday party.

 

  • Activity Overview:

This birthday party is themed around Chinese culture. On that day, teachers will share the story of ‘Shou Xing Gong’ to introduce children to a character from Chinese mythology. The environment will be decorated to showcase birthday celebration foods and items symbolizing longevity, such as longevity peaches, peach buns, long-life noodles, and red eggs. Additionally, children will engage in various art activities like ink painting and dough art based on their age groups. Lunar New Year Celebration

 

  • Activity Goals:

To learn about the customs and festive foods of the Chinese traditional holiday, the Lunar New Year, and experience the lively atmosphere of the holiday.

 

  • Activity Overview:

In the “New Year” themed unit, teachers use picture books to introduce children to various customs of the Lunar New Year. Children will also create decorations such as paper flowers, spring couplets, and windmills to be used during a Lunar New Year night market event. On the day of the event, children will dress in traditional Chinese attire or wear clothing primarily in red to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of the New Year. Engaging Shadow Puppetry

 

  • Activity Goals:

To introduce children to the traditional folk art of shadow puppetry in our country, provide a basic understanding of the characteristics and production process of shadow puppets, encourage creativity and imagination in creating shadow puppets, collaborate in puppetry performances, and appreciate the art of shadow puppetry.

 

  • Activity Overview:

The activity revolves around the theme of light and shadow. The school invites external organizations to perform shadow puppetry for the children while giving a brief introduction to the origins and production methods of shadow puppetry. The children are highly engaged and interested in the performance. After the activity, the younger children continue to explore by creating their own shadow puppet characters and other tools. Finally, they collaborate to perform the shadow puppetry they have created.
